 Geoware Inc. is Canada's leading supplier of Information and Control Systems to the solid waste management industry. Our GEOWARE® products are deployed at many waste management sites and facilities in municipalities across Canada and the United States.

The GEOWARE System is a suite of enterprise applications that form the backbone of daily operations at sites and facilities engaged in recycling, composting, landfill, and waste-to-energy conversion. The extensive data collected by GEOWARE also serves as the critical input for enabling municipalities to perform analysis to assist with optimizing waste management operations, and to develop better strategic plans and initiatives.

Built within a modular Java application framework, GEOWARE interacts with many different peripheral devices, providing a seamlessly integrated real-time processing environment. GEOWARE's service-oriented, network-centric, multi-threaded architecture provides concurrent support for asynchronous devices including industrial scales, display devices, and traffic control hardware (lights, gates and loop detectors). The GEOWARE processing environment supports attended and unattended modes of operation utilizing technologies such as real-time industrial I/O control, RFID, touch screens, and industrial terminals.
